At Mass on the Eve of All Saints (October 31, Halloween), Fr. Bradley will offer a blessing for the children who are dressed up in their Halloween costumes, ready to go “Trick or Treating” after Mass. A bi-lingual Mass will be celebrated at 5:30 PM. Children are welcome to wear their costumes to Mass (no masks, please) and there might even be a “treat” for them after Mass. That’s Thursday, October 31, at 5:30 PM. Be there! It’s one of the holy days of obligation in the Church (Feast of All Saints, November 1).
Friday, November 1, will be the Feast of All Saints, a Catholic holy day of obligation in the United States. Mass will be held at St. Pius X at 8:30am, this will be a School Mass, to which all are invited.
All parishioners, young and old are invited to a special prayer service for All Souls on Friday, November 1st at 6:00 p.m. The purpose is to remember and honor all of our friends and relatives who have died. Whether your loved one died yesterday or 20 years ago, we hope you will join us to pray for them by name as well as celebrate their life. After the service, we will gather in Dorney Hall for cookies, punch, Mexican pastries and hot chocolate.
